Explore the journey behind this striking mural and its impact on the space it now calls home.

THE PROPERTY COLLECTIVE MURAL

The Property Collective (TPC) sought to infuse their new headquarters with a visual representation of their brand identity and community roots. Collaborating with their graphic designer, Matty Ingold, they envisioned a mural that would encapsulate these elements, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of their space. I was entrusted with the task of bringing this concept to life, transforming the digital design into a large-scale physical artwork, just in time for the HQ's launch.

To achieve this, I meticulously upscaled and transferred the intricate design onto the walls and ceiling, ensuring fidelity to the original concept. Over the course of two weeks, I dedicated 60 hours to this endeavour, navigating the physical challenges posed by the 27-square-metre surface area. This process involved precise scaling techniques and adaptability to the architectural nuances of the space, all while maintaining the integrity of the original design.

The completed mural seamlessly wraps around the designated area, embodying TPC's connection to their community and origins. Its unveiling coincided with the headquarters' launch, receiving an overwhelmingly positive response from both the client and visitors. The project not only met the aesthetic and symbolic objectives set forth by TPC but also adhered to the tight timeline, contributing to a successful inauguration of their new space.
